Wayra is a personal project without a corporate form. The activity is operated as an individual, with no incorporated company.

2. Purpose of the site

Wayra is a free AI-assisted trip planner. Given a text description, it generates a full plan (itinerary, budget, accommodation and transport suggestions, packing list, practical tips) and lets you share the plan with a group and track shared expenses.

3. Hosting and technical providers

The site is hosted on Railway Corp. (United States) infrastructure. The domain is registered and managed through Cloudflare, Inc. (United States).

External services used (Anthropic, Amadeus, Open-Meteo, Pexels, Mapbox, Google, Microsoft, Sentry, Resend) are listed in the Privacy Policy.

4. Conditions of use

Accessing and using the site means you accept the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy in force when you visit. Read them before using the service.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All site content (text, images, code, design, brand, logo) is the operator's property unless explicitly stated otherwise. Reproduction, distribution, or transformation without prior authorisation is prohibited, beyond uses permitted by applicable law.

Destination images come from Pexels under their free Pexels license.

Wayra may include links to third-party sites (hotel, flight, and activity providers; search engines). The operator isn't responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. A link doesn't imply endorsement or association with the destination.

Wayra is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. The operator isn't responsible for:

• Travel decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• Inaccuracies in pricing, availability, or external provider information.
• Temporary service interruptions or data losses caused by third-party infrastructure failures.

The non-waivable consumer protections granted by Spanish and European law are respected in full.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from use of the site is submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the consumer's residence forum where mandatory law applies.
